KaKah is gotten from the word 'sister' in Malay.

We are a Singapore Based Online Store, we thought of getting this establish for awhile as we needed something to motivate and boost ourselves in life (doing something that we like). Putting this thought as a 'thought' will never get your dreams come true. We believe it dreaming and having that goal in life.

Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with KaKahDress, you are offering to do so by adhering to the following terms and conditions.

All orders are subjected to availability, First-come-first-serve basis.

Prices:

Our prices are fixed and discount codes are only allowed to be used once per customer.

Order Process:

All orders will take 48 to 72 hours upon payment to process for packing and delivery.

Delivery will take another 2 to 3 working days

Special Urgency Of Order During Festive Season:

You are allowed to expedite the process to 24 to 47 hours if you pay an extra fee of $5 (excluding postage)

Payment: Ibanking transactions for uob/posb only /Paypal and credit card payments through Paypal (Paypal transfer will have 3% charges)

Delivery Charges:

Normal Postage : $1.50 / $ 2 ( In Singapore ONLY)

Registered Postage : $3.74 (In Singapore ONLY)

Courier Service: $7 (In Singapore ONLY)

International Orders: Will be calculated according to Singpost charge. For all international orders, you are required to make the payment of the item during the 1st payment followed by postal charges on the 2nd payment.

Courier Service are arranged with you, if you are not able to collect it on first delivery, we will have to charge for redelivery.

Exchange Policy

As our products are limited in quantity, we are only able to have exchange to a product that is lesser or equal to the amount that is paid for the defect product. We will not forfeit the balance but you will have a voucher send to you for the next purchase.

Email us @KaKahDress@gmail.com with your order number and a snapshot of the defect(s), and we will get back to you within 3working days.

Items must be in BRAND NEW CONDITION and not worn/washed. Most preferred that tags are not removed.

In the case of defect, all postage fees will be incurred by us. Please return us the defective item via the same mode of delivery from which you received it. However, should you choose to return the defective item via a different mode of delivery, you will have to cover the additional postage charges.
